About Norwich Artist - Roger Pritchard
I was born 1948 near Exeter, Devon. Following an apprenticeship at 15 became a printer and worked in Exeter, Hong Kong, London & Norwich I am still printing more than 40 years later, and self employed for over 25 years.
I have lived in Norwich for 30 years I am married with two grown-up children and one granddaughter .
I have been painting about 12 years. My paintings are all originals, prints are not made. Most pictures are framed.
The Ratcatchers Inn, Eastgate, Cawston kindly permanently exhibit 25 paintings. My work can also be seen at occasional craft fairs at Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall, local art events and at home by appointment, also all my work is now available on line.
From selected paintings I print by offset lithography and publish a unique range of over 70 Greeting Cards, all designs are now also available on line and are excellent value.
When not painting or printing I enjoy gardening especially organic vegetables, this spring I have had major changes building and planting 30 raised bed veg plots (each 4ft x 7ft) I am a member of the RHS and Drayton Horticultural Club. My other passion is a Hymer campervan we belong to the caravan club and the motorcaravanners club and regularly attend local and national rallies.
